Bansko is situated at the foot of the north- eastern Pirin Mountain - the highest and most beautiful part of the mountain, close-by the river Glazane - a tributary of Mesta River. The resort is 160 km from the capital Sofia and 6 km from the town of Razlog. The ski runs are located in two main ski centres - Chalin Valog (1100-1600 m. high) and Shiligarnika(1700-2500 m. high). They are about 10 km above Bansko and easily accessable for about 25 min. with the new Gondola lifts that starts from Bansko. The total length of the marked runs is 65 km. Slalom and Giant slalom runs are also provided. There is a cross-country track with total length of 5 km. The 3 km ski run Rollbahn track is located only 2 km far from the town.
The apartment is situated on the second floor in a new brick building, located at the end of the town, very close to the lift station for the ski runs. The property is easily accessable through an asphalted road. The apartment offers 70 sq. m. total area.
