It is situated in a small and pretty village at a distance of 5 km from the district town of Vratsa in the northwestern part of Bulgaria.
Vratsa region is one of the most illustrious places in Bulgaria due to the proximity to the splendid Balkan Mountains and the large diversity of interesting waterfalls, caves, rock formations and green relaxation sites.
The nearest town is Montana (35 km) and the nearest international airport is located in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia at an approximate distance of 110 km. The lovely region offers very good opportunities for leisure activities such as mountaineering, fishing, hunting and long walks in the mountain.
One of the most prominent natural parks is an interesting object which is worthy of seeing – The Vrachanski Balkan park. The village is not big but it offers amenities such as food shops, a beautiful fountain, a school, a bus stop, a train station and a nice small chapel which is 100 m away from the Bulgarian property near a mountain.
The rural house has total living space of 225 sq.m and its ground floor includes a garage, a fireplace in the dining room, a corridor and a compact basement.
The next floor features a terrace with splendid panoramic views, a spacious kitchen, a corridor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
The top floor of the house consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, a corridor and another bathroom. A solid built internal staircase binds all floors together. This nice and cozy Bulgarian house has undergone renovation and its condition is very good.
The refreshment works include new windows, external insulation, new windows, doors and furniture. It is also supplied with standard facilities such as electricity, water, central heating and air conditioning.
The rural property is surrounded by a secure brick built fence. Other advantages of the house are a barbecue area, a small garden (300 sq.m) and an external storage outbuilding. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
