This traditional 2-storey stone house is situated 70 km away from Kardjali town. The living area is approximately 60 sq.m.and the garden is 1000 sq.m. The property is set at the end of the village. Electricity, running water (outside) and septic tank are available at the estate.
On the ground floor are disposed two (2) rooms with wooden window frames.
On the first floor are situated three (3) rooms on wooden flooring. The property is in basic condition. The house needs overal repair of the flooring. roof and refreshment of the rooms.
The road to the property is 15km decent dirt road which is cleaned during the winter. There is no shop in the village, nor there is regular bus transport; the nearest village where you can find basic amenities is 15km away from the property.
