This is a lovely rural house with enthralling location in the magnificent Bulgarian Rhodope Mountains in Kardzhali region. The village where the Bulgarian property is located, stands in the southern part of the country at an altitude of 800 m. It is an enchantingly beautiful village located 4 km away from the well known spa resort of Banite and 50 km away from the district town of Kardzhali.

The prominent and very attractive winter resort of Pamporovo is situated about 50 km away from the village and the nearest airport is in the city of Plovdiv (110 km). This region is exceptionally clean, captivatingly beautiful and all surrounded by stunning mountain scenery! Activities which the region is suitable for are hunting, fishing, mountaineering and hiking.
