This beautiful white Bulgarian house is located in an exceptionally serene village in close proximity to a big dam lake near the district town of Kardzhali in the south-central part of the country. It has very attractive location in the magnificently beautiful Rhodope Mountains.
Kardzhali is about 36 km from the village and the prominent Bulgarian ski resort is 103 km away from the property for sale. Plovdiv, which is the second largest Bulgarian city, lies approximately 90 km away.
The village where the house lies is a very small one yet it has impressively illustrious nature and offers necessary facilities such as food shops, cafes, medical care and bus transport.
