This property is our next offer comes from the picturesque town of Troyan in Lovech region - is this two storey frame-built house, nicely located at the end of a tranquil and quiet village in the hills only 20 km. away from the well-known town of Sevlievo and some 68 km away from the rich in historical events town of Veliko Tarnovo. The house offers accommodation on about 52 sq. m. and in short comprises of:
Ground floor: three rooms, a bathroom and a cellar. All the rooms have plastered walls and wooden floorings with the exception of the bathroom which has a cement one. The ceilings are made with chipboard paneling. An inner stairway shows the way to the second floor.
Second floor: four more rooms and a corridor. Three of the rooms have wooden floorings while one of them is with an earthen one. Furthermore a cool cellar (8 sq. m.) is located under the earth level where you can preserve your provisions fresh. Nice wooden frame windows are in addition of the charm of the property. Captivating scenery towards the close at hand mountain opens in front of your eyes. Moreover a traditional Bulgarian fireplace makes the property even more eye-catching and delightful.
This Bulgarian house is supplied with electricity, running water inside only, telephone and a septic tank. An asphalt road is leading to the plot making it easily reachable during all seasons. A great advantage is the presence of a massive garage where you can keep your car safe.
Facing south the house is located in the middle of a garden, 1500 sq. m. vast, which once cleaned-up and landscaped it will become your dream-come-true place for antistress relaxation and recreation. What’s more a big barn offers opportunities for being modified as a guests’ house or a BBQ area. Although presented in comparatively good condition the property would certainly help from clearing the garden, replacing the old floorings in two of the rooms on the ground floor with new ones, building an inner bathroom/toilet and adapting to the future owners' flavor.
The village is not far from the highway Sofia-Varna. The airport is about 150km away. It has a community cultural centre, food shops, a pub as well as regular buses to the nearest towns and etc. The village itself is very tranquil and beautiful with a population of about 900 inhabitants and it is quite popular with fishing as a dam lake is located close by.

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day viewing trip. We can honestly say that "Bulgarian House" and specially the team: Kiki & Histo did everything that could have been expected of them. We were met at the airport, taken to view the properties we requested, and also some we had not, but was very apprpriate to us. This turned out to be very good news as we saw the property that made the whole trip worthwhile. In finalising the paperwork, we were again impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They prepared all kind of documents and now we are happy owners of a Bulgarian house in Near Kazanlak. Thank you again Kiki & Hristo. Natasha & Sergei Merinov from Krasnoyarsk, Russia
