We offer a property with a very large yard in the village of Ovchaga. The village is in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of Provadia municipality, Varna district. It is located 64 km from Varna, 60 km from the beach and 15 km from Provadia.
. The climate is temperate continental and is characterized by hot summers, colorful autumns, cold winters with heavy snowfalls and sunny springs.
Several English and one French families have bought properties in the village.
The village has a town hall, grocery store, pub, post office, community center with library, health service. The settlement is fully electrified and supplied with water, there are 10 wells and three village fountains. Free transport is provided for students and children attending kindergarten in the town of Provadia. The roads are in good condition. Near the village there are several Thracian mounds and ancient settlements. Silver coins were found and kept in a museum.
In Ovchaga is one of the largest hazelnut plantations in the region, about 500 acres. The fertile land is cultivated by local agricultural cooperatives - various crops are planted - sunflower, rapeseed, oats. Traditionally, viticulture is developed in the region. The region offers excellent conditions for the development of eco-productions - the climate is great, nature is preserved.
The house is an old two-storey brick and stone in need of repair with two entrances. It consists of a first floor two rooms and a large basement second floor three rooms and a corridor. There is an attached summer kitchen with internal bathroom and toilet. It also has outbuildings, a large garage and a large yard - 3670 square meters.
