These two one-storey stone houses are situated 45km away from the town of Kardjali. The living area, which the houses offer is 100sq.m. The yard is vast- 2000sq.m. The first house includes 3 rooms with wooden flooring and wooden window frames. The second house offers 2 rooms with wooden window frames plus a foyer.
Running water is out and inside the both houses. A septic tank is outside the properties. There is no telephone line, but it can be easily installed. Bathroom and toilet can be connected inside the houses. An asphalt road leads to the houses and makes the properties reachable. The estates are in a bad condition and need new roofs and plasters on the walls. The houses are located in the end of the village with great Mountain View. The properties are only 15km away from the Greek border. The population in the hamlet is 50 people, which are very kind and hospitable. In the village there is a shop, regular bus transport to the nearest villages and a mayor`s office. There is a wonderful nature around, with fresh air and mild climate.
