The village is part of Dolni Chiflik municipality, Varna district. It is located 40 km northwest of Varna, 8 km south of the municipal center of Dolni Chiflik and 20 km from the beach.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
