It is a well kept Bulgarian property disposed 15 km away from the district city of Montana, 40 km from another district city of Vratsa and about 80 km away from the capital city and the Sofia Airport.

The Danube River flows 50 km away from the village where the sunny Bulgarian house is disposed. The city of Montana itself has wonderful location on the Ogosta River north of the splendid Balkan Mountans and its climate is continental.

The well presented rural house on two floors is disposed in close proximity to a nice small stream and a beautiful local chapel. All the basic amenities that are necessary for normal and comfortable stay or residence are available in the pretty settlement in Northwestern Bulgaria. There is regular bus service connecting the village to the surrounding settlements.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
