The property is situated in the quiet peaceful village 20 minutes from Varna city and international airport, just 3 km from the nice sandy beaches of summer resort. The neighbors are a mixture of English, Russian and Bulgarian families. The house is easily accessible by an asphalted road. There is also a traditional pub, several shops near the property. The fauna is no less diverse with about 40 different fish and 156 bird species including the rare black stork. For those willing to immerse in the local nature, local entrepreneurs offer unforgettable boat trips down the river at relatively low prices. There is also a regular bus service to Varna.
