“Bulgarian House” offers to your attention this cosy fully renovated and partly furnished Bulgarian home for sale located in Bryagovitsa village- 25km from the old Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo. The house is fully renovated and ready to live in.
The property has total living area of 130sq.m and is on two floors. Both of the floors are separate so two families can live there. The house is really nice , comfortable and taking that is only 25km away from Veliko Tarnovo is good option for rent too.

We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
