We offer for sale big two storey house in a village that stands only 8km away from the town of Mezdra and 18km to the city of Vratsa. Distance to Sofia capital and nearest international airport is 106km.
The house is two storey brick built and has area of around 180sq.m It consists of three rooms, corridor and terrace on the first floor and three more rooms on the second floor. The house is overlooking lake Varbeshnitsa. House is in goo stable condition. First floor is stone built.
