"BULGARIAN HOUSE" - real estate agency is pleased to offeryou this old village Bulgarian property for sale that stands in a village 10 km from Borovan , 45 km from Vratca city and 150 km from Sofia.
The house is presented in good habitable condition. The whole property consists of main house on one floor, 2nd building- annex, an old barn, solid storage building and a big plot of land that spreads over 3000 sq.m. The main house has living area of around 100 sq.m and consists of three rooms and a corridor. One of the room has been used as a living room and the other two like bedrooms. Nextto the main house attached is the annex. It consists of aspacious lobby and a corridor that leads to the kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a small shower room.
It is possible to make a decent size internal bathroom with a toilet here and also to rearrange the premises in this building. The house and the annex share a simple central heating system. The old barn is located behind these two structures and there is a shortcut from the main building to the barn area via door located at the far left corner of the corridor. The barn needs repairs as its condition requires attention. The good thing about it is that if one decides to remove it, a new structure serving the same or a different purpose can be easily erected on this spot. From here one has better views towards the rest of the yard. The plot of land has a shape similar to a big square and borders several other properties as well as the street which passes in front of the house. Not far away is the newer and solid storage building. It has several premises which served different purposes in the past. The biggest room is a storage for grain, construction materials, firewood and hay. Next to it is an external wc.
