Bulgarian House- real estate agency is pleased to offer you this cheap rural BUlgarian property for sale situated in the outskirt of a big village 25km away from ski and SPA resort in Bulgaria.
The property has 72sq.m. disposed on two floors. On the ground floor there are two rooms used as a storage room and a basement. Over a short external staircase you can go to the upper floor where a corridor is connecting three more rooms. There is also a terrace from where are opened nice views towards the neighboring area as well as at the distant mountain range.
The property comes with a very big garden that spreads over 3480 sq.m.. It has slope in its end.
From inside the plot of land one can get even better undisturbed view of the surrounding area which is a mixture of meadows, hills, fields and distant mountains. Some of the yard is overgrown and needs clearing but most of it is in good condition and is clean. Once a week there is also a market here where you can find houseware and tools at good prices. The village also has primary school, kindergarten, mayor`s office (providing certain amount of administrative services), library, post office, local chapel, bars, coffee shops, etc. The people here are good and warm welcoming. There are already a few properties purchased by foreigners and some of them live here all year round while others use their houses as holiday homes. The distance to Sofia International Airport is about 120 km so depending on the traffic it takes about 80-90 minutes to reach the house. Cheap rural property with big yard, quiet location and nice views at a good price.
