Before I went to Bulgaria I thoroughly did my background checks, I met with a couple of agents from other companies and felt uncomfortable with them, they sent me to view properties on my own. However going on other recommendations I found Bulgarian house, more importantly Kiki, explained everything perfectly and made us feel at ease straight away.
