Bulgarian house is selling this beautiful rural property suitable for vacation in the village of North-Eastern Bulgaria, part of the municipality of Dobrichka, Dobrich district. It is located 59 km south of the city of Varna, 7 km southeast of the city of Dobrich and 38 km from the sea coast.there is an elementary school, community center with library, small park, agricultural cooperative, town hall, post office, grocery stores, etc. The village is fully water-supplied and electrified. The roads are in excellent condition.
People are mainly employed in agriculture. Being part of Dobruja, the land of the village is extremely fertile. Wheat, rye, rapeseed, oats, sunflower, corn are grown. Fruit growing and horticulture is actively developed, mainly for personal needs. Some of the residents of the village travel daily to their workplaces in the town of Dobrich. The population numbers about 290 people. Altitude - 236 m.
The village was founded in the early 19th century around a roadside inn and flour mill.
