Bulgarian house offers at your attention this cozy brick built house situated in Vratsa region. The village stands 20 km from Montana town, 8 km from Krivodol town and 28 km from Vratsa city.

The house offers living area of 126 sq.m. It has two floors and consist of:
Ground floor: lobby, spacious premise used as a kitchenette, living room, one bedroom and a storage.
Second floor consist of: two bedrooms and a living room with additional place for sleeping. There is a small balcony too.

The staircase leads all the way to the attic space which is quite big and high and is currently serving as storage area for old clothes and furniture, but with some efforts it can be transformed into living area. The house has solid stone foundations and concrete plates between all floors including between the second floor and the attic.

The old barn is in relatively bad state but a large section of it can be restored and used as a space suitable for additional storage area or workshop. I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish.
