Country house with garage and plot of land located in the outskirts of a quiet village 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is situated not far away from the main road and the center of the village but is also close to a small forest area. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of big dining room, corridor, kitchen, living room, storage room and bathroom with toilet. Over short external staircase one can go to the second floor where you can find lobby, corridor and three bedrooms. There is also a garage located next to the house and a gazebo in the yard. The property is situated in the outskirts of the village and there is a nice, wide meadow in front of it. The roof was repaired last year, the windows have been changed with new, double-glazed made of PVC. The property is up for sale with all the items inside except for two TV units. Everything else stays there and is included in the price. The garden needs a bit of work and so does the interior of the house. The village`s bus stop, the center, café-bar, post office, mayor`s office and shop are located less than five minutes away by foot from the property. The area is very popular among foreigners and there are many of them living here all the time. The village is surrounded by a mixture of fields, forest, mountain and lake. There are two towns at about 10-15 km distance from the property. One of them is bigger than the other and has hospital, police station, fire station, construction material stores, furniture shops, supermarkets, farmer`s market, restaurants and bars, hotel, gas station, etc. Both towns have direct bus links to Sofia and the regional capital city Vratsa. Old rural property with nice location and lots of potential at a good price.
