Country house with big plot of land, distant river views and quiet location in a village near the Danube river. The property is situated within the limits of the village about 10-15 minutes by foot from the center, shop, post office, bar, mayor`s office. The real estate is located about 65 km northwest of Pleven, Bulgaria and consists of main building with two floors, old barn, workshop with storage and a flimsy, covered gazebo near the house. The property has running water as well as fresh water well which is used mainly for watering the garden. The house also has functioning electric and alarm system. There are two floors here connected by external staircase attached to the side of the building. The ground level holds big corridor, living room, kitchen, bedroom and a premise for bathroom. The second floor has corridor, common room and three bedrooms. The barn and the workshop are situated not far away from the house. They are just across the driveway. These old structures need certain amount of time and money to be invested if one wants to restore them otherwise they can be demolished and new structures can be erected in their place. That area is divided from the rest of the yard with wire fence. The plot of land also holds a big vineyard and provides more land suitable for a vegetable garden as well few fruit trees. The property is located on a hill and has partial panoramic view towards the village and one can see the Danube river far in the distance. The house also has basement beneath. The village where the property is situated is big and has a small port, gas station and several grocery stores. The nearest town is 18 km away from here and there one can find more shops, doctor, dentist, gas station, police station, emergency room as well as direct bus link to the regional center Vratsa and the national capital city Sofia. Nice rural property with good location at a great price.

I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it).
