Information about the property:
The plot is an internal large 1700 sq.m. there is a well and fruit trees. There are many outbuildings.

Durankulak is a village in Shabla municipality, Dobrich district.

The village is 15 km from the Durankulak border crossing, 90 km from Varna, 85 km from Dobrich, 50 km from Balchik and 15 km northeast of the town of Shabla.

The village of Krapets is on the seashore not far from the Durankulash Lake. Since since ancient times there have been shipwrecks due to the dangerous rocks of the reef stretching from Kaliakra to Kartalborun, a small lighthouse has been placed on the promontory.

Apart from sea, hunting, fishing and ecotourism are also developed in Krapets. Today there are several holiday villas, a hotel, rooms in family houses. One kilometer northeast of Krapets is the Durankulash Lake. With its abundance of whitefish, carp, crabs, bream, catfish, carp and eel, the lake attracts fishing enthusiasts. It is a natural estuary by origin, being fed with karst water from two springs. Its water is slightly salty due to its connection with the sea. Its depth reaches 4 m. It is surrounded by agricultural lands, and to the east of the sea it is separated by sand dunes and a beach. The lake is located on the main migration route of migratory birds Via Pontica.
Excursion opportunities to: Durankulash Lake, Kamen Bryag, Cape Kaliakra, Tukliman, Bolata reserve, Bulgarevo village, Dalboka locality with the famous mussel farm, Kavarna.

Transportation
There are daily bus lines to Krapets from Varna and Dobrich. Traveling from Sofia takes place by connecting in Varna - bus lines Sofia-V.Tarnovo-Varna and Varna-c. Hadji Dimitar - Krapets village. The road to Varna is first class and leads north all the way to the Romanian border.
