Balkantsi is a village in North-Eastern Bulgaria, part of the municipality of General-Toshevo, region Dobrich. It is located 28 km northwest of the city of Kavarna, 40 km west of the city of Shabla and 17 km from the city of General-Toshevo, 70 km north of the city of Varna and Varna International Airport.
