We offer on your attention this brick built one traditional Bulgarian house situated in a village that stand 15 km to Karnobat city and 70 km to the sea and Burgas. The house is presented in good stable condition. It has two floors and living area of around 120 sq.m. It comprises of three rooms and a corridor on the first floor and three rooms and corridor on the 2nd floor. The house needs modernization, renovation.
Garden is around 2000 sq.m. big. There are some outbuildings, external bathroom and toilet. The property is supplied with electricity and running water. Asphalt road leads to the house reachable all year round. There is a water well for irrigation the garden too. There are some fruit trees in the yard. The property is situated at the center of the village , but offer peaceful and relaxation. Near the village there are forests and also there is a Winery "Bratya Miladinovi"
The village is located on the main road Burgas-Sofia. It is located 15 km west of Karnobat, 73 km northwest of Burgas, 43 km east of Sliven and about 340 km from Sofia.
The population of the village is about 250 people.
The village has a grocery store, a town hall and a post office. The medical service is taken over by a medical center, and in Karnobat there is a Multispecialty Hospital for active treatment. The nearest school and kindergarten operate in the village of Ekzarch-Antimovo and the municipal center. Regular bus transport connects the village with Burgas, Sliven, Yambol and Karnobat.
