Danube river and Romanian border - 17km away as well and Svishtov city. We are pleased to offer you this cheap Bulgarian house for sale situated at the edge of the village, no neighbors and having a lovely views. The house represent one storey house with living a area of around 100sq.m. First floor of the house consists of two rooms and a corridor. Attached there is a another building like summer kitchen where there is an entrance, small kitchen, one more bedrooms and a bathroom. From the same entrance you go down to the ground floor where there is very spacious living area with ceiling made with the nice big wooden beams that brings so coziness in the room. The property has stone foundation and up is built with red bricks. It is presented in a stable condition, but as nobody lives there needs renovation wok and modernization as well to be comfortable for living. The house is supplied with electricity and running water. Garden is very big- 3500sq.m. It has a well for irrigation the garden. There is also a vine arbor. On the back side of the main house there was a building attached to the back wall of the house , but now is almost demolished. Anyway it can be restored and make it like a storage place. Also there will find a farm buildings - previously owners was looking after animals there and there is also a garage. On the back of the garden there are also two big pear trees which brings so nice shadow during the summer so will be ideal to make there a BBQ area. The property is very nice and good investment. The road to the property is accessible via an asphalt road and about 100-200 meters is a black road. The village is very weel developed. I feel like I snapped my fingers and it was over because of Kiki making everything so easy for me. I now own my dream country home that my family and I will love to fix up and enjoy.
