Country house with plot of land and nice views situated in a village near river halfway between the cities of Vratsa and Montana. The property is located on a hill about 150 meters away from tarmac road. The house has two floors connected via solid external staircase made of carved stone blocks as well as with an internal wooden staircase. On the ground level one can find corridor, kitchen, living room and storage. Going over the stairs you get to the second floor where corridor connects three bedrooms and a terrace. From here one can enjoy nice panoramic views towards the yard, the neighborhood around, partial views of the village and beautiful panorama of the fields, forest and distant mountains. The property comes with a good piece of land which is well sunlit during the day and provides very good conditions for gardening. The house had been empty for a few years now and requires certain attention and renovations as well as a good cleanup. There is another building in the property which used to be an annex many years ago but now is in pretty bad state and can be demolished to make space for something else to be built here e.g. garage, new annex, barn, workshop, etc. This structure has one floor and two rooms. The house is situated within the limits of the village but not far away from the outskirts. The fields are within less than five minute walk from here. There is also a river at nearly the same distance. The center of the village is about 10 minutes away from the house. There you can find post office, mayor`s office, two grocery stores, café-bar, small park. The village also has small library, school and train station with good rail links to the seat of the local council, the near town of Krivodol, to the regional capital Vratsa, the national capital city Sofia and another big settlement in the area called Montana.
