The house consists of Ground floor which is used at the moment as a basement and first floor which consists of totally 4 rooms ( two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen) and big corridor. Additional to the house there is a sun room, outbuilding converted into summer kitchen with bathroom , another outbuilding and a garage.
The garden is well maintained, arranged with different fruit trees. The property is supplied with electricity and running water. Asphalt road leads to the house. Internet, satellite TV and landline phone can be connected upon request.
In the village there are all amenities that you need for a normal living: two grocery stores, a children’s garden, post office, a restaurant, regular bus transport to the nearest town and villages. We can certainly recommend this company. They are profesional and extremely helpful. You hear many frightening stories of foreigners getting ripped off in Bulgaria by rogue agents and con men. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
