Country house with outbuildings and plot of land situated in a village 100 km northeast from Sofia, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via internal staircase. The ground floor holds garage and two rooms. The second level has big living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, bathroom with toilet and terrace with nice views towards the yard, the neighboring properties and distant hills and fields. The attic provides enough space for a master bedroom with panoramic windows overlooking the skies. The small town is a transport hub and provides quick and cheap connection via road and rail to the national capital city Sofia, the regional capital Vratsa, the Black sea coast, Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo and many other regions of Bulgaria.
