We are happy to offer you this Bulgarian house for sale in a quiet village 40 km from the regional city Vratsa, Bulgaria, near hills, fields and a lake. The house is on one floor and consists of there rooms a corridor . There is also a basement under one of the rooms.
Behind the main building there is an annex where there are two more additional rooms, a corridor and a premise for bathroom/toilet. Total living area is 1round 110 sq.m.
The property is connected with water and electricity ( resently stopped ) as no one lives theer more than a decade. The house is in stable condition, but needs renovation work.
Garden is 1170 sq.m large. It is overgrown at the moment and needs cleaning.
There is an outbuilding in the yard that previous owners used for storage place of the animal food, materials, tools, etc.
The property is located about five minutes away from the center of the village, the local shop and bar. The place has very good road access all year round. It is situated in close proximity to a small pine forest. The village where the property is located is very quiet. A few foreigners own properties here and some of them are living all year round. The nearest small town is about 12 km away from here. There one can find police station, doctor, dentist, bank and ATMs, library, construction material store, restaurant, etc. The town is also the seat of the local council so it provides administrative services for the community too. The regional capital city Vratsa is about 40 minutes away by car while the national capital city Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about two hours away.
