We are pleased to offer you our new cheap property for sale in the village of Novachene which stands 25km from Danube river, Romanian border and Nikopol town.
The house has one floor and is brick built one. It consists of 2 rooms and a corridor and entrance. As nobody lives there the proeprty needs total reno0vation work or it can be demolished and build new property on the same place. Which also is good investment as property is supplied with electricity and running water already and also building permition not needing if you keep the old sizes. Only if you would like to do some extensions will need for a permition.
The property is located in a nice and peacefull area. Surrounded by beautiful nature. It is a place where you really can runaway from the hassle from the cities.
