Cozy Bulgarian house with a big garden, farm buildings, double garage and a well for irrigation only 30km from regional city Stara Zagora.
We are delightful to offer you for sale this charming Bulgarian property situated in a village around 30min driving by car from the regional city Stara Zagora.
The house is presented in very good condition- yes it needs renovations but mainly they are for modernization. The proeprty is supplied with electricity and running water.
The house has solid strong foundation and brick built one.
First floor/level of the house consists:
Main house entrance go in a corridor where on left you will find one very cozy bedroom with these specific wooden beams that are traditional for the old houses in Bulgaria which brings you coziness, comfort, warm....on right side of the corridor you go to a room which recently is the basement where recent owner is keeping the bio products that have been grown in the garden. From there you go to the very spacious living/dining area in the summer kitchen attached to the main house that is also accessible via another door.
