Bulgarian House Offers for sale a two-storey house 160m2 + yard 470m2, located in a villa area between the town of Balchik and the resort of Albena. The city of Balchik is 3 km away, the resort of Albena is 6 km away, Varna and the airport are 35 km away.

The first floor consists of a spacious kitchen with a dining room with a fireplace, a utility room for the laundry, a closet, a small vestibule and a toilet. The room has a fitted kitchen and air conditioning.
