Old rural house with barn and small mill situated in a quiet village 100 km northeast from Sofia, Bulgaria. The property is situated in a quiet spot within the limits of the village. It consists of an old house, derelict barn and an old corn flour mill. The place had been empty for more than two decades now and as visible on the photos time had taken its toll on it. The main building consists of two floors connected via short internal staircase. There are two rooms and a corridor on the ground level while the upper floor holds three premises and terrace. From here one has good observation point towards the yard, the neighborhood, a distant pine forest and some of the hills in the vicinity of the village. The two rooms downstairs are basement and living room, while upstairs one can find living room, bedroom and another premise which was used as closet and storage. The barn situated near the house provided shelter for the animals and was also used to store the food for the livestock as well as a temporary storage area for construction materials, firewood, tools, etc. The mill is situated at the far end corner of the property and is close to the street. Many years ago this building used to serve the needs of the local population from the area using electric power and the necessary equipment to provide corn flour for the households and as food for the animals. Currently the mill is in bad condition and in need of repairs but it can be restored to its previous working condition. The property is located about 6-7 minutes away by foot from the center of the village. There one can find the local mayor`s office, the bar, shop, post office, church, bus stop, etc. The village is surrounded by hills and fields thus providing good conditions for hunters and explorers. The nearest town is less than 10 km away from here and is the center of the local council. There one can find gas stations, hospital, pharmacy, dentist, fire station, police station, bus station, train station, many shops, farmer`s market, administrative services, etc. The regional center Vratsa is 20 km away while the national capital city Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about 90 minutes away by car from here. Cheap rural property with unique features waiting for revival.

The first thing I want to say is, thank you Kiki for all you have done. The first time we spoke to Kiki we felt right at ease. Because we didn' t know how or when we were going to be in Bulgaria we didn't let her know. So when we got there we contacted Kiki. Because we were only there for a week we didn't have much time. She immediatly made sure we could visit a house the same day. She called us crazy because it was 400 km from varna were we stayed. But we went. She could not be there with us because it was such short notice, but the next day she was. Kiki cleared her calender to make sure we could look at some other houses with her. Besides the fact she showed us some good houses we also had a lot of fun. When we went to see the last one it was bingo. So we would buy the house. Kiki made sure a paper work was oke before we left back to Belgium. Now not even a month later we can call ourselfes the proud owners of a house in Bulgaria. What Kiki did for us was amazing. Everything went smoothly without any problems. She is a hardworking woman,(sometimes to hard working), she makes sure everything goes smoothly. And besides that she is a great person. We know we have a new friend for life. When we buy our next house it will be with Kiki. So again Kiki thank you, you are amazing
