The village is located 15 km from Balchik and 15 km from the regional center Dobrich. The population is 650 people.
A primary school was built in the village, in which a computer room was opened, equipped with 10 new computers, a volleyball hall, a kindergarten, a community center with a library, in which more than 10,000 Bulgarian and foreign works are stored. The village also has a health service, dentist's office, pharmacy and post office, two coffee bars and a disco, playgrounds. The construction of a church is also planned. The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
