This semidetached villa is located in Lighthouse Golf & SPA Complex, which is located on a plateau above the White Lagoon beach area. From the house, there is a view to the forest, to the golf courses, and to the swimming pool.

The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is on two floors with an area of 84.76 sq.m. and has the following distribution:

First level: An entrance hall, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace with barbecue area. There is also an open kitchen, work area, and a bathroom with toilet,

Second level: two large bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, balcony with panoramic views

Lighthouse Golf Resort is next to two other golf complexes, which are Black Sea Rama and Thracian Cliffs. All three offer great views of the Black Sea and some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Apart from golf, the complex offers many facilities such as three outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center and spa center, several restaurants and bars, a mini market, and several sports facilities such as tennis basketball and volleyball

Below the resort (5 km distance), there is an unspoiled beach offering sun beds & parasols, water activities and restaurant. Free sun beds, umbrella and shuttle service is provided during the summer.

There is 5 km to Balchik town and its cozy harbor promenade. In Balchik is also attractions such as the Historical Museum, the temple of the goddess Cybele, one of the most beautiful botanical gardens on the Balkans and a former royal palace. There is 50 km to Varna and 150 to Burgas

The city also has a beautiful marina, which is harmoniously combined with the passenger pier and the beach.
