I’d like to say in all honesty you’ll never get a more hard working kind, patient and hard working agent than Kiki and her team of course she really went out of her way way beyond her commission. I have a head injury that makes me a difficult person to deal with at times but she stuck with me though it all. Now I own a beautiful house and am in the process of buying another and plant to buy many more. This is definitely the best real estate agency in Bulgaria and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Kiki will allways mean a lot to me truly the most remarkable woman

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We turned to the internet for answers and based on the budget we had and the lifestyle/climate we were looking for, Bulgaria seemed to be the place for us. So after hours of trawling through websites, and countless emails back and forth with various estate agents throughout Bulgaria, it quickly became apparent that there is a lot of choices out there and ‘viewing trip’ was in order to see it for ourselves. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com. So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.

Buying property in Europe from the other side of the world, presents all manner of difficulties, even before one factors in the current martial law in Philippines , and Brexit ( for a UK passport ) in Europe. I had previous experience of buying in Bulgaria, and already knew a number of local agents. Kunka, I came to know about a year before I finally managed to make the return... she admitted that the extraordinary set of circumstances I faced, took more than a little understanding, since they seemed unbelievable. Nonetheless, she neither flinched, nor blinked, and with utmost patience, helped me through not only the purchase, but a whole heap of other problems. Both she and Hristov were kindness itself, and always stood ready to assist. Not only were they very capable as agents, and professional in every way, but their assistance has been extremely welcome, given the immense difficulties faced.
