Bulgarian mountains have been a challenge for alpinists for a long time now. Musalla Peak reaches 2925 meters altitude. Rilla Mountain is the highest on the Balkans. Stara Planina Mountain is the longest mountain in the area. The Balkans Peninsula is called after it (its old name - Balkan). Bulgaria has numerous ski resorts, some of which are popular all over the world – Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo.
Black Sea coasts in Bulgaria are magically beautiful and are nowadays the heaven for investors. There are crowded beaches where a lot of tourists come with posh hotels and also isolated, calm and peaceful places for foreigners to relax and enjoy their holiday away from stress and away from noise.
Bulgaria is one of the cradles of Europe. The country exists since the year 891 and has survived Turkish slavery. However Bulgarians managed to preserve the legacy they inherited from the ancient Thracians. Bulgarian museums can offer great collections of ancient artifacts.
Since Bulgaria is a member of the European Union, the country’s infrastructure has developed a lot. Still, the prices are really law and investments are profitable.
