An increasing numbers of property buyers are eying up real estate investment opportunities in... An increasing numbers of Brits are eying up real estate investment opportunities in Bulgaria, Greece, and Ireland. The main reason are the cheaper property prices and the possibilities for great holiday and relaxation.

The economic crisis affecting the most of the EU countries has failed to deter buyers in the UK interested in overseas properties. Searching properties in Malta and Ireland has been risen with 20 per cents. In Greece has risen to 8th place and Turkey continues to perform well, attracting 17 per cents more searches than the last month in May.

Bulgaria is among the countries with number of potential buyers. Except Brits they are many Russian, US and UAE buyers. The preferable destinations are still the sea resorts: Golden Sands, Albena, Varna, Sunny Beach, etc, and mountain destinations like Veliko Tarnovo, the ski resorts Bansko, Borovets, Pamporovo.

Because of the wet weather in UK, more Brits, including holiday homes buyers turned to Real estate agencies and Tour operators to search for overseas properties among are and the Bulgarian properties for sale.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request.
