Annual company accounts and tax returns for Bulgarian Ltd
Once you have established a Bulgarian company, you have to do an annual company tax reports and declaration. Everybody who set up a company for the purpose to buy real estate in Bulgaria ( house, land, apartments, etc) have to declare annual company tax reports every year. You may not have sold your Bulgarian property nor done anything else with your company, but according to the law you still have to make a return. Companies who do not trade are called inactive. The declaration that have to be filled up for them is a nil declaration which informs tax authorities that your company do not has activity, didn’t do any business during the calendar year and that no taxes are due from you.
Annual company tax returns covering the financial year from January 1 to December 31. They have to be submitted to the tax office, where your company is registered no later than June 30.
The penalties for not declaring
Please note that all Bulgarian companies are obligated to file annual company tax reports and pay their corporate taxes up to June 30. For those owners who didn’t submit their declaration there are big fines and big interest rate on the tax due if not paid on time.

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
