Blagoevgrad,Bulgaria-preferable destination for Greeks
Some data indicates that during the last few months in Bulgaria, Greek clients “attack” our Bulgarian villages and looking for cheap properties (houses and land). Because of the Greek crisis they are ready to buy in Bulgaria . The preferable region from them is Blagoevgarad.In December 2005, the Bulgarian-Greem border had opened in the region. Since this happened , many properties was sold in the region to Greeks. During this period the prices was between 2000-5000BGN. Now the average prices are between 15 000-20 000Eur, even more- depending of the location and condition of the property.
Another preferable destination not only from Greeks is Bansko.
Many people who bought already property on Black sea Coastline now buy in a mountain region and have their second home in Bulgaria.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Bulgaria. I saw most of the houses that I would consider buying and I will be getting periodic updates of new properties as they become available. I would recommend the company to other investors.
