Some data indicates that during the last few months in Bulgaria, Greek clients “attack” our Bulgarian villages and looking for cheap properties (houses and land). Because of the Greek crisis they are ready to buy in Bulgaria . The preferable region from them is Blagoevgarad.
In December 2005, the Bulgarian-Greem border had opened in the region. Since this happened , many properties was sold in the region to Greeks. During this period the prices was between 2000-5000BGN. Now the average prices are between 15 000-20 000Eur, even more- depending of the location and condition of the property.
