Bulgaria - a preferred spot for property investments by Russian State Officials
A new survey reveals that Bulgaria is the most preferred country by Russian State officials as far as real estate investment is concerned.Property declarations of about 500 Russian Members of Parliament and state officials have been recently analysed and the result was that approximately 176 of them possess apartments in Bulgaria. Most of them own just a certain part of a property in our country. They tend to choose predominantly one and two-bedroomed apartments.
The major reason why state officials purchase apartments exactly here is that they need a holiday home for their children. Another reason is the mild climate of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coastline. Russian MPs say that the warm climate in Bulgaria would strengthen the immunity of their children.
I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
