Bulgaria- first in the ranking for top ten preferable destination for Russians
For three years, Bulgaria has always been first in the rating of preferable destination for buying Bulgarian properties.This year 2013, Bulgaria is again the most popular country among the citizens from Russia which intend to invest in Bulgarian properties. This data is taken from the list of top ten destinations for Russian, published on the website of the weekly “Ogonyok”.
About 110 000 Russian citizens have invested in property in Bulgaria located on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in holiday apartments in ski resorts- Bansko, Pamporovo, Borovets.
Except Russian citizens according to “BULGARIAN HOUSE” LTD ‘s data increasingly Canadian and American citizens are interested in buying properties in Bulgaria.
The main investors are still British and Russian clients.
Second in the ranking is the Indian state Goa. Third country Spain have attracted 3500 russian families as owners of apartments and villas in the resorts. Fourth in the ranking is Czech republic where the Russians are the third national minority. About 30 000 Russians bought property there, mainly in Karlovy Vary.
