Bulgaria initiated facilitated visa regime for citizens from Kazakhstan
During the last few years, the relationships between both countries Bulgaria and Kazakhstan are quite active, says Ivan Dimitrov, the Charge d’Affaires of the Republic of Bulgaria. The two countries have achieved a high level of collaboration.Ivan Dimitrov explains that the year of 2014 turned out to be one very successful year for the Bulgarian embassy. He has served as Bulgaria’ s envoy in Astana for one year. He focused on the fact that both countries have enormous potential as far as growth is concerned.
His major goal that was soon achieved is establishing a more facilitated visa regime as a one-year visa for citizens from Kazakhstan has already been introduced. Besides, Kazakhstan citizens who are homeowners in Bulgaria, have the permission to be issued a three-year visa.
I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
