22.04.2015

Bulgarian Property Market Moving in the First Quarter of 2015 The Bulgarian property market accounted on a more dynamic development during the first quarter of 2015. The results are almost the same compared to the ones during the previous year that ended with more deals and mortgages in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital city and in the larger cities, as well.
Local real estate agencies and building companies prognosticate a trend of deal increase in the large cities and the prices remain steady.

The first quarter of 2015 ends with a consecutive deals growth compared to the previous year in the property market and the cities. The increase of the deals in Sofia amounts to 26.6 % where the mortgages grow by 23.5 % considering the legal mortgages and 36.6 % is the share of the contractual mortgages.

A similar situation is typical for the cities of Varna and Plovdiv. A growth also is registered in Pleven. The main purpose of the property buying is investment in a new home. Another feature denoting the property market moving is the minimal price discount.

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Real Estate Agent -Kunka Boneva mostly called Kiki it is an exception. Her Company BULGARIAN HOUSE LTD deserved more stars. Kiki put quality over quantity when it came to helping me and my family and we secure a home. What I mean by quality is i was not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize herself with what i was comfortable with when purchasing a home. Kiki was 100% professional at all times, patient with my asks, and knew each one step from the reservation contract, preliminary contract, setting up a company , finalizing the deal and now on going with their aftersales services! She is a valuable asset to your company and me personaly greatly appreciate everything she did for me and my familly. Thanks again Kiki!
