The latest Bulgarian tourism initiative is inspired by Italy.Bulgarian Deputy Economy Minister has announced that Bulgaria will follow Italy and will try to develop its equestrian tourism in the coming years. This was announced after meeting with several Italian guests.
As Bulgaria’s real estate market sees its price decline start to slow down, the country is considering any route that will boost its profile with overseas visitors and encourage more demand for holiday homes.
Last week, the secretary General of the International Federation of Equestrian Tourism, among other officials, visited Sofia and highlighted Bulgaria’s potential to appeal to Canadian and American tourists with equestrian events.
I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
