Cheap rural houses for sale in Bulgaria- prices back to 2006 levels
The most preferable destinations for buying property in Bulgaria at beginning of 2012 are still the preferable destinations from 2011: Varna, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora, Dobrich, Sofia. Most deals are with rural properties between 7 000 and 20 000EUR, but there is also interest in expensive, luxury properties. These are specially Bulgarian houses ready to live in, located near the biggest Bulgarian Cities, sea and ski Bulgarian resorts. Many cheap houses in the villages from the regions- Stara Zagora, Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte and around Elhovo attract most interest of the buyers.Buyers who are willing to pay more money for Bulgarian property are ready to give between 50 000 and 120 000EUR for house or an apartment ready to live in, furnished. These are proeprties located in or near Varna , Burgas and Sofia.
The average price of the sold rural houses in Bulgaria from BULGARIAN HOUSE since the beginning of 2012 is 13 500Euro, while for the same period 2011 it was 15 800Euro. Comparing with the last few years the deals with rural Bulgarian houses for sale are higher since the begging of this 2012. Thi is indication for rising the Bulgarian property market.
Anyway comparing with the last few years at all the numbers of deals with rural Bulgarian proeprties fell considerably- now they are about 4-6 times less than the peak period in 2003-2006. Currently the prices fell down to the prices from 2006. The difference is in the quality of the rural properties. Before they wasn’t renovated while now for the same price can buy rural house renovated in good quality and ready to live in.
I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
