The resort of Zlatni Pyassutsi( Golden sands) is the largest one on the northen Black Sea coast (more than 1800 hectares).It is situated 18 km north-east of Varna, 488km east of Sofia. It is bounded on the north by Kranevo and on the south by Chaika Villa Area, and merges with the ST.St. Konstantin and Elena resort.
Above the resort is the Frengen Plateau of limestone structure, which is liable to landslide and erosion. The area is famous for the purest sand on the Black Sea coast.
The resort is abundant in lush vegetation and with the numerous bushes and trees it resembles a real park. The mineral water running out of several big pipes onto the beach, as well as the marvelous deciduous wood bordering the Frangen Plateau turn Zlatni Pyassutsi into one of the pearls of the Bulgarian coast.
The constant temperature of about 27-32 degrees and the microclimate of Golden Sands throughout the season make it a wonderful place for having a rest and fun. There is a casino, many bars, golf playgrounds, horse-carriages and attractive carts, water sides, good conditions and equipment for practicing all kinds of water sports with the assistance of licensed coaches.
I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
