Good news for Bulgarian property market 2014 – sales are expected to increase
Higher market activity during the current year is expected. This is due to the decrease in the interest rates that would facilitate property investments. The prices will be closely related to the quality and the condition of a particular property. The driving mechanism for the prognosed successful year of the estate market will be buyers with steady income who are willing to invest in their property. Thus, such kind of investments will be profitable and safe. Despite the fact that most of the properties are still in construction stage, a large part has alreаdy been sold. According to recent data, these are 60-70% of the apartments in certain buildings. And in spite of the delayed construction, the real estates branch is most likely to revive. Moreover, the new properties will be fully complied with the buyers’ demand. This improved situation could lead to successful transactions amounting to EUR 55 000-60 000. Approximately 15% of the buyers are expected to invest in real estates which is far more compared to previous years.
