Bulgaria tends to be good for investment purposes. According to recent data of real estate agents, the number of people who are looking for middle to high-end properties continues to rise. This is due to the stability of the real estate marketing.The number of properties sold is 15% higher than before. However, property prices go up due to the shortage of houses that correspond to the demand. The situation is similar in the UK.
