Higher demand for luxury properties in Bulgaria
Bulgaria tends to be good for investment purposes. According to recent data of real estate agents, the number of people who are looking for middle to high-end properties continues to rise. This is due to the stability of the real estate marketing.The number of properties sold is 15% higher than before. However, property prices go up due to the shortage of houses that correspond to the demand. The situation is similar in the UK.
What the most essential for the market activity is the balance between price, location, infrastructure and condition. More and more people tend to show interest to expensive properties which meet their requirements. A crucial fact is that people reckon properties as good investment possibility. This is why they have high requirements as far as quality is concerned.
A new report reveals that the most demanded kinds of properties are big two-and three-bedroom apartments. The percent of the sold ones is quite high – 47 %. They attract the attention of investors rather than of people who want a new property. This shows that investment is a winning option.
